Picture Day

This morning after I took his pj's off, I put Reese in his crib while I was picking out his clothes. I couldn't resist taking a few pictures. Check out his teeth! He is enjoying testing them out on the furniture and mommy.

Happy Birthday Reese (sort of)!

Our little Reese is 9 months today! On March 6th he became a crawler. Last week he discovered that he likes to play with dog food and trash. This week we installed baby gates and put the dog food in a gated area. Sorry Belle!

He is not real sure about this getting older business!

Chomp Chomp

Reese has teeth! 2 on the bottom and one on the top. You can see 3 more on the top that will soon be breaking through. Needless to say, he is chewing everything he can get his hands on!

Look at my teeth!

A tiny view of my top tooth.

And yes, we do put clothes on him. He likes it better this way though.

Dr. Week

This is appointment week for us. Monday Reese had an appointment that we rescheduled for today. Yesterday he had a 9:00 appointment that was delayed due to the weather. Both of these ended up being 2 hour appointments. How am I supposed to entertain an 8 1/2 month old for 2 hours in a Dr's office? Lucky for me he entertained him self today.

Dr. Johnson happens to have a mirror beside the exam table and of course paper on the table. What more could a little guy ask for.

Unfortunately, I didn't get a shot of him kissing himself in the mirror. So far he kisses me on the mouth and himself in the mirror. It was too funny!

The paper shredder in action. Last time he almost destroyed the whole roll. This time we got the end of the roll, so there wasn't much to destroy.

Who knew a kid could have so much fun at the doctor?!

Baby It's Cold Outside

It started snowing here about 3:00pm on Sunday. The flakes were huge and it was coming down fast. According to the news we got 4 or 5 inches. Some places in our area may have even been more like 6 inches. We were excited to see what Reese thought about his first snow. I'll let the pictures tell the story.

Sunday Night: Not digging the mittens. (Who knew that baby mittens had no thumbs!) He kept trying to pull them off with his mouth.

playing in the snow!

He seemed to like the snow until I let him try to crawl on it. Once his face hit the snow, it was over. He wasn't having a cold face. We have a video that I will try to upload later this week. We hope that you enjoyed your snow day!
